We have a team in Australia and in the Philippines, easily accessible to you, your onshore and your offshore team 365 days a year. We’re there, in-person, when and where you need us most.
Performance and Management Workshops to Ensure Success
We include a range of workshops as part of your journey with us, for both your onshore and offshore teams. This is about ensuring everyone in the business is armed with all the tools needed to successfully navigate any personal & professional cultural differences. These include:

Reviews to Retain & Opportunity Spot
Each month for each new team members’ first 6 months, and then every 6 months ongoing, we’ll guide you and your team member through a check-in. These work as an opportunity for us to see how you’re going, see how your team members settling in, review and set goals for the month ahead, preemptively spot any challenges and opportunity spot any areas for improvement.
Training to Upskill & Outperform
We give your offshore team access to a growing library of skillset based training from day 1. This covers everything from SEO to leadership, and anything in between. We regularly deliver these in person, and provide ongoing Q&A support to your team as needed.
Insights to Help You Make The Right Decisions
We’ll also provide you with monthly insights on how your team is performing, in reference to the broader Filta-wide community. All-in is our most popular offering and, as the name suggests, takes what we offer more of, and provides this as an all-inclusive, unlimited offering for a fixed monthly fee. This fully integrated approach has statistically proven over and over again to give the highest likehood of success for a new team, first timers, or those who have tried with another provider before but not achieved the success they’d hoped.

Select is most suited to those looking to make the switch, from a provider that’s not worked quite right for them, to one that’s better equipped to strategically help the team grow. Select bills only your team’s salary and seat lease as a fixed monthly fee, but then allows you to select All-In offering based on what you feel you need, when.
