What is a graduate program?

A graduate program can be like a jumpstart for your career. These programs help you develop specialized skills and, grow, and gain valuable experience that will make you a strong candidate for leadership positions. They can also be a quicker path to success within a company, as employers often see graduate degrees as a sign of dedication and expertise in a specific field.

• Is this like an internship?
  • While both offer valuable hands-on experience, there’s a key difference. Internships are typically for students who are still building their skill sets. Graduate programs, on the other hand, are designed for graduates who are already prepared to start their careers and want to gain even deeper knowledge in a specific field.
• Is this a part-time or a regular position?
  • This position is full-time, work-from-home (with occasional required office visits) 6:00 am to 3:00 pm PHT Monday to Friday shift.

Eligibility

Who are we looking for?

Filta seeking recent graduates (class of 2023 or 2024) with a Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree. Relevant degrees in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar fields are preferred. Strong academic performance and professorial recommendations are a plus.

• What if I graduated before 2023?
  • Unfortunately, the graduate program is open for graduates of Batch 2023 and 2024 only.
    
• I have yet to graduate, but I’m on track to finish this year. Can I still apply to the program?
  • Yes! If you’re in your final year of study or have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, you’re qualified to apply.
    
• Is there a minimum GPA requirement?
  • There is no minimum GPA requirement, but high academic performance and/or strong recommendations from professors are definitely a plus!
    
• Are there any specific majors or degrees required for the program?
  • We welcome anyone with experience in business and people relations. However, a degree in Human Resources, Business, and Psychology, is preferred.
    
• Is this program open to international applicants?
  • The Filta Graduate Program is open to the Philippines and Colombia only. For the Philippines, candidates must be Filipino citizens. 
  • The same goes for Colombia, candidates must be Colombian citizens.

Filta prioritizes excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities are crucial. Adaptability, willingness to learn, resourcefulness, confidence, and a proactive approach are highly valued.

Application Process

What’s the application process like?

Applications are ongoing. Filta promptly assesses submissions and progresses eligible candidates. 

Here’s how your journey will look:

1. Pre-screening:  You will be asked to create a VideoAsk to introduce yourself and for us to get to know you better.
   
2. Written Assessment: You will be asked to complete a written assessment to evaluate your problem-solving, critical thinking skills, and written communication ability.
   
3. First Interview: You will be invited for a virtual interview to assess your accountability, resiliency, and communication skills.
   
4. Simulation: You will be invited to a simulation/role-play assessment to evaluate your interpersonal skills, active listening, and curiosity.
   
5. Panel Interview: Finally, you will be invited to a panel interview to assess your resourcefulness, confidence, teamwork, and cultural fit.

Additional application tips:

• For PH: candidates must be Filipino citizens and submit their application in English.
• For COL: candidates must be Colombian citizens and submit their application in English.
