  • Regular Breaks: Community members are granted two fifteen (15) minute breaks (one in the AM and one in the PM) to stretch, breathe, and take a pause. Regular breaks help Filta employees regulate stress when things get overwhelming or simply rest in between working.
  • Wellness Counseling: Filta Community members have access to confidential counseling with their in-house Wellness Specialists who can help employees address certain personal issues or troubles and improve their overall well-being.
  • Wellness Series: Quick weekly virtual wellness session conducted by an in-house Wellness Specialist that teaches Filta Community members simple techniques on how to combat stress that they can do during breaks. Examples include meditation techniques, different massage techniques, etc. 
  • Wellness Podcast: Another weekly wellness activity hosted by Filta’s in-house Wellness Specialists. Every week on the podcast, the hosts talk about topics ranging from work, wellness, personal issues, financial literacy, etc. This podcast helps community members to de-stress and also to fight isolation due to remote setup.
  • FILTAmbayan: FILTAmbayan is Filta’s virtual pantry. This program was launched to help community members socialize and connect with other members. The program’s goal is to provide employees with a sense of community by helping them get together even when miles apart. FILTAmbayan is usually open during lunch hours so that community members can attend without worrying about their work shifts.
  • Monthly Wellness Challenges: Every month, Filta’s Wellness Team conducts either a monthly challenge or an event. The monthly challenges often involve connection building by collaborating with other community members or personal growth during individual challenges. This activity also comes with exciting prizes for the winners!
  • Wellness Events: For wellness events, Filta invites industry professionals to either give a talk or a workshop for a certain topic or cause. The event is carefully considered by the Wellness Team to help community members improve, grow, and thrive.  
  • Building a Supportive Culture: It is Filta’s commitment to create a safe space for open communication, encourage vulnerability, and build a culture of respect that contributes to a stress-free work environment.
