Our goal at Filta is to provide the ultimate experience for each of our community members, whether they are team members or clients. Despite being scattered across different countries, having a remote setup presents challenges, especially when most connections are greatly appreciated face-to-face. However, this challenge turns out to be a great opportunity for everyone because, even though we come from different cultures and backgrounds, we are learning a lot from each other. We’re fortunate to have members who are amazing, genuine, and inspire one another to be their best and feel their best.

One of the main reasons why we have this culture and connection is because of the privileges you can enjoy as part of our Filta Community when you become one of us.

Here are just some of the many ways that our Wellness and Community Team and our Account Managers are helping build the culture of connection in the Filta Community, making every day an ultimate experience.

Wellness Activities

As a part of the Filta Community, you can access our wellness activities, including our monthly challenges that promote self-care, providing benefits to your physical and mental health while you’re working from home. This also gives you a chance to meet and bond with other members who share the same interests as you.

Additionally, every Wednesday, we host our own Filta Wellness Podcast, which you can jump into and listen to (maybe play as background music) while you’re grinding at work. It’s fun to strike a balance between personal and professional development, don’t you think?

And how does Filta celebrate Fridays? Typically, we have a time where we gather and catch up with each other in FILTAmbayan. Here, you can jump in if you need company or want to talk about anything under the sun while you’re having your lunch break. It’s essentially like a virtual pantry!

You can always count on our Wellness team! We have a designated Wellness Specialist in-house whenever you need guidance or support regarding what you’re feeling. You can easily schedule a call with them, and they will be your safe space—listening to you and providing support whenever you need it.

Dedicated Account Managers

In addition to the Wellness activities, we want to ensure that you’re geared up for your role.  As a valued member of the Filta Community, dedicated Account Managers are at your service to guarantee your work is seamlessly managed. Whether you seek guidance, have questions, or require support related to your tasks, your Account Managers are readily available to assist you.
