Three years on the OA500. We are proud of it. But what we are more proud of is what it took to get here.

Outsourcing is an industry full of claims. Best-in-class. Award-winning. Trusted partner. After a while, the language blurs together and none of it tells you much. So when we share recognition like this, we want to do it properly, with enough context that it actually means something to you, especially if you are a business thinking seriously about building a team across borders, or figuring out who in this space is genuinely worth talking to.

What the OA500 Is, and Why It Carries Weight

The OA500 is Outsource Accelerator’s annual index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing firms. Outsource Accelerator is the leading outsourcing marketplace and advisory globally, and the index they produce is one of the few in this industry built on genuinely independent methodology. Over 3,300 BPO firms are assessed each year across more than 20 performance metrics drawn from sources like Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and ZoomInfo. No one applies. No one pays their way in. Firms are ranked across two dimensions: footprint, which speaks to how established and visible a firm is across global markets, and quality, which looks at things like employee sentiment, reputation, and operational benchmarks.

What makes it particularly useful is that it tracks firms over time. The index does not just reward whoever had a strong year. It rewards consistency, which in outsourcing is a much harder thing to demonstrate.

Three Years Running Means More Than It Sounds

The first year you make a list like this, it is validating. The third year, it starts to tell a different story.

It means your model holds. It means the way you recruit, the way you support clients, the way you show up when things get complicated, all of that is working not just in one moment but across years and across markets.
